Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 5 tbsp orange liqueur
- 75 g ladyfingers
- 150 ml coffee, cold, strong
- 350 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 75 g powdered sugar
- ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g dark chocolate
- Mint, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Halve the strawberries and drizzle with the orange liqueur. Line the dish with biscuits and drizzle with 100 ml of coffee. Whisk the mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and remaining coffee until smooth. Distribute 2/3 of the strawberries among the biscuits. Spread the mascarpone cream over the top. Use a peeler to peel off small circles of chocolate and sprinkle over the top. Serve garnished with strawberries and mint.
