Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 480 g flour
- 220 g butter, melted
- 480 ml buttermilk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
from a Bundt pan, approx. 8 pieces
Whisk the eggs and sugar. Add the flour, butter, buttermilk, and baking powder. Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Spread 2/3 of the sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and spread the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 50 minutes. Cut the cinnamon and sugar cake into 8 slices.
