Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g beef tartare
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 15 minutes

Preparation is very simple. Combine everything in a food processor and mix well. Then let it stand for a moment. Spread it on a fresh roll or bread and eat. Tip: You can also add other ingredients, such as chopped cucumbers, chopped onions, pesto, capers, etc.
