Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices of processed cheese
- 1 cucumber(s), (pickles), sliced
- 1 tomato(s), sliced
- some iceberg lettuce
- Mustard
- ketchup
- 4 rolls, hamburger
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the ground beef and form four flat slices. Grill or pan fry thoroughly, then cover and let cook for a few minutes. Place the cheese spread on the meatballs and let it melt. Toast a bun (see package instructions), place the meatballs on top, and garnish with tomatoes, pickles, and iceberg lettuce. Super easy to refine or adapt: Add blue cheese to the ground beef—very tasty—or mushrooms to the ground beef, etc.
