Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g carrot(s), grated
  • 250 g parsnip(s), grated
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s), grated
  • 1 cm ginger, grated
  • 125 g ground tiger nuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pack of sliced ​​breakfast bacon, 200 g
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients, except the bacon, and shape into a loaf. Place in a greased casserole dish. Now top the roast with the bacon. Place in the hot oven for about 60 minutes. Serve with Brussels sprouts, green beans, or any other vegetables.
