Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml milk, lactose-free
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine the flour, starch, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir in the milk and eggs. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes. Then stir the batter thoroughly again. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Tip: Pour the batter into the pan with a small ladle, as the baking powder will cause them to expand considerably.
