Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp, crushed baking powder or baking soda
  • 40 g wheat flour (type 405)
  • 30 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • little oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW – suitable, low-calorie. Super fluffy

Separate the egg, then beat the egg white until stiff peaks form and set aside. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy and dissolved. Now add a pinch of salt. Combine the flour with the baking powder or baking soda and sift it onto the egg custard. Gently stir in the milk. Finally, stir the egg whites into the batter until the egg whites are completely mixed with the egg and flour mixture. Let stand for about 10 minutes, then fry the pancakes in a heated pan (using just a little neutral oil). Serve hot with butter and pancake syrup.
