Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 350 g apple, grated
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Make a batter from the ingredients, then fold in the chopped walnuts and apples. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 80 minutes. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and rum and cover with it.
