Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 ml water (preferably cooking water from potatoes or vegetables)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with breaded schnitzels or cutlets
Remove the breaded and cooked schnitzels, cutlets, or meatballs from the pan. Heat the frying fat and sprinkle the flour into the pan. Brown the flour well and deglaze with the water. Stir in the flour with a spatula. Season again with salt and pepper, if desired.
