Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 jar anchovy fillet(s), in oil
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tbsp yogurt salad cream
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 3 olives stuffed with peppers
- 1 pepper(s) (mini peppers)
- 1 roll (baguette roll)

Slice the bread roll and the peeled eggs. Drain the anchovies in a sieve, separate them, and cut the fillets into strips. Slice the bell peppers and olives. Mix the salad dressing with the parsley. Spread the salad dressing on the baguette slices and top with the egg slices and anchovy fillets. Serve garnished with olives and bell peppers.
