Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tbsp anchovy fillet(s), crushed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Place the butter in a bowl and let it stand at room temperature, then cream it until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix evenly. Pour the butter mixture onto a sheet of foil and shape it into a log. Place the log in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
