Ancient grain breakfast bread from the bread maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 290 ml water
  • 225 g spelt flour type 630
  • 225 g wholemeal spelt flour or alternatively wholemeal Khorasan wheat flour, freshly ground
  • 30 g rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry yeast, organic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Place all ingredients into the bread maker and select the “Whole Wheat Extra” program for breads made with freshly ground whole wheat flour. If you don’t have this, select the “Whole Wheat” program.
