Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g turkey meat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 150 g carrot(s)
- 150 g broccoli
- 100 g peas
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 300 ml broth
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp herbs (8-herb blend, frozen)
- 1 cup of cream
- Flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the turkey into pieces and brown in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Halve the onion and slice it thinly. Add the carrots, broccoli (in florets), peas, and onions to the turkey and brown. Add the broth and cream to the vegetables and thicken with flour. Add a teaspoon of mustard. Finally, peel and dice the tomatoes and add them to the vegetables. Garnish with the 8-herb dressing. Serve with rice or pasta!
