Spicy turkey strips with paprika in goat's cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • ½ vegetable onion(s), diced
  • 50 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 100 ml water
  • 70 g goat’s cheese
  • ½ bunch parsley, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. cayenne pepper, sambal oelek, rose paprika or harissa
  • some chili threads
  • 200g pasta
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Cut the turkey cutlets into strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry them in the oil with the onions until crispy. Slice the bell peppers, add them, and fry. Deglaze with cream or crème fraîche and water, and add the goat’s cheese. Season to taste. Stir in the parsley just before serving. Finally, arrange the turkey cutlets on top of the pasta and garnish with the chili flakes.
