Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, green, red or yellow
- 1 chicory
- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s) , (blood orange)
- Tomato ketchup
- orange juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips and the chicory into thin slices. Dress the finely grated apple and diced blood orange with a sauce made from tomato ketchup, a little orange juice, salt, and pepper. Just before serving, stir in the bell peppers and chicory.
