Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lettuce(s)
- 1 cucumber(s), sliced
- 250 g tomatoes, sliced
- 2 medium-sized onions, sliced
- 12 green olives, stuffed
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, roughly chopped
- 8 anchovy fillets, soaked, halved
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves. Mix the remaining salad ingredients well on top. Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and sugar and pour it over the salad.
