Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cl syrup (caramel syrup, recipe in my profile)
- 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar, bourbon–
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Using leftovers for protein
Beat egg whites with sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, then stir in the syrup. Place small heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 100°C for about 1 hour. Turn off and let cool in the oven.
