Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g protein powder, variety according to taste
  • 60 g milk powder, also initial or follow-on milk powder possible
  • 2 tbsp water or milk
  • 35 g coconut oil
  • 6 tsp, heaped baking cocoa, optional, for chocolate version
  • e.g. chocolate
  • a little coconut oil as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Vanilla and chocolate, for approx. 12 bars

Mix the protein powder and milk powder. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients along with the water/milk. For the chocolate version, mix in the cocoa powder. Knead everything until the consistency resembles play dough. Roll out, flatten, and cut into bars. Place the bars in the freezer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil in the microwave. Remove the bars from the freezer and cover with chocolate. Store in the refrigerator. The chocolate version tastes like brownies. Nutritional values ​​(without chocolate coating): 75.0 kcal, carbohydrates 3.3 g, protein 8.6 g, fat 3.1 g.
