Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 150 g honey
  • 100 g cream
  • 100 g chocolate flakes
  • some drink powder, (Kaba)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quark dessert

Combine quark with honey and cream, stir in chocolate flakes. Divide into two portions and stir a little cocoa powder into one portion for a darker color. Layer the mixture into dessert glasses, decorate, and enjoy.
