Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 120 g walnuts (chopped)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g honey
  • 175 g cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with chopped walnuts

Mix the quark, cream cheese, milk, and honey thoroughly. Set aside 4 nut halves for decoration, then finely chop the remaining nuts and mix in. Garnish with a little honey and a nut half and refrigerate.
