Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, ground.
- 1 roll, old
- 2 cans of mushrooms
- 2 onions (diced)
- 2 cups of cream (200ml)
- 250 ml broth, clear
- some salt
- some pepper
- some paprika powder (rose hot)
- tsp garlic granules
- some Maggi
- some curry, Thai
- some cornstarch

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dish from the oven
Combine the minced meat with the soaked bread roll, a diced onion, and the spices, and form into small balls. Brown on all sides and place in an ovenproof dish. Sauté the second diced onion in olive oil until translucent, add the mushrooms, and then scatter over the balls. Mix the cream and broth and season with Thai curry, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Pour over the mixture, thicken with Mondamin, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with noodles, for example.
