Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla flavor)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 50 ml juice from the can
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 80 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quark dessert

Mix the paradise cream with the milk according to the instructions. Add the vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and crumbles, and stir in the quark. Pour a small layer into a dessert glass and set the rest aside. Puree the mandarin oranges with their juice and stir in the cornstarch. Bring this mandarin cream to a boil briefly and then pour a layer into the dessert glass. Layer the remaining paradise cream and refrigerate. Garnish and enjoy before serving.
