Andi's Pancake Calzone

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 shot of mineral water
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 small can of peas (possibly with carrots)
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • some Maggi
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes 2 pancakes

Make a pancake batter from the first five ingredients and cook two pancakes. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let the sugar caramelize slightly. Add the peas, Maggi and salt, and heat with the water. Then thicken with the flour and pour onto the pancakes. Fold and enjoy.
