Tarte flambée as a burger

Finely dice the salami, cooked ham, and onion. Halve the burger buns and spread generously with the herb cheese spread, then season with pepper. Add some cheese, then top with salami, cooked ham, and onion as desired, and finish with cheese. Season with a little cayenne pepper, if desired. Then bake the “Flammburgers” in the oven at 220°C for 14-18 minutes. Tip: Place aluminum foil under the burger buns to reduce the heat from below. Serve with a hearty carrot salad.
