Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Jam (raspberry)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Using a dough hook, knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Chill for 1-2 hours. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Using a wooden spoon dipped in flour, poke holes in the balls (but don’t pierce them all the way through). Stir the jam until smooth and fill the holes in the dough balls with a piping bag. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for about 10-15 minutes (but don’t overcook the surface). Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
