Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g flour
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 50 g margarine
  • 2 tbsp jam (strawberry-vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 23 minutes

Christmas baking

Combine the flour, sifted powdered sugar, egg yolks, and almond liqueur in a bowl. Add the margarine and finely diced marzipan to the remaining ingredients and knead everything thoroughly with your hands. Then chill the dough ball in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Shape the dough into balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and use a round stick to make indentations. Briefly heat the jam in the microwave and carefully drop it into the indentations using a teaspoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 8 minutes. Makes about 20 cookies.
