Sugar-free apple muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 75 g margarine, melted
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder, 15 g
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 8 g
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with low-fat curd cheese and honey

Mix all ingredients together, except for the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour and baking powder while continuing to stir. Then fill 12 to 24 muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes. You can vary the filling with chocolate, cranberries, or whatever your heart desires.
