Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 325 g wheat flour, fine
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing
  • 1 tsp milk for brushing
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious, quick Christmas cookies

Whisk together the egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk. Mix all the remaining ingredients one at a time and knead the dough thoroughly. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, not too thin, and cut out fir trees (or other shapes). Then brush with the egg yolk mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
