Egg spaghetti

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70g spaghetti
  • 70 g ham or hunting sausage, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fast food, ideal for singles… but also suitable for families!

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. In the meantime, briefly fry the ham or sausage in a pan. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season to taste (don’t be too sparing with the pepper). Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the ham, stirring everything briefly. Now pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and stir everything until the egg is set (wait for the right time – don’t overcook it, or the egg mixture will be very dry!). Serve immediately. Tips: For a finishing touch, you can sprinkle the whole thing with cheese cubes (dice a slice of Gouda or other cheese). You can also stir the cheese cubes into the egg mixture and let it melt in the pan. Another finishing option is sprinkling it with chives.
