  • 300 g herb cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pack of basil (frozen)

Instructions

First, quark, cream cheese, eggs, and basil are mixed together to form a batter. Then, the puff pastry is laid out on a greased baking sheet. The batter is then spread over the puff pastry.
