Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of sandwich toast
- 8 slices of Emmental cheese
- 24 slice(s) bacon, streaky
- some clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simple, quick and delicious
Place two slices of Emmental (or any other cheese) between two slices of toast. Wrap each slice with six slices of streaky bacon, overlapping each slice. Fry on each side (including the four sides) in a non-stick pan with a little fat until crispy. Serve with a green salad.
