Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 2 organic lemons
- 8 tbsp olive oil, good
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 150 g Parmesan, sliced

simple and sophisticated
For the marinade, mix the olive oil and the juice of both lemons together, then season with salt and pepper. Wash the broccoli thoroughly, cut into bite-sized pieces, and let it dry on kitchen paper. Then let the broccoli marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven). Line a baking sheet with baking paper, spread the broccoli on it, and bake for about 25 minutes. The broccoli can brown slightly. Sprinkle the cooked broccoli with shaved Parmesan cheese and season with pepper. It tastes great as a side dish for a barbecue or with a herb baguette as a main course.
