Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g milk powder
  • 400 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g instant coffee powder
  • 200 g chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 5 g vanilla powder, Bourbon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

8-10 100 g packs/portions

Place the chocolate block in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, then chop finely. Strain all other ingredients through a fine sieve at least three times and mix with the chocolate. Directions: Add 2 teaspoons to hot water or milk and stir well! Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
