Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 small cucumber(s), green
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • herb salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rub the feta through a fine sieve or finely chop it with a hand blender. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely dice it. Mix the yogurt, quark, and feta together, then stir in the garlic and season with pepper and a little herb salt. Finally, stir in the diced cucumber.
