Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 500 g sugar
- 470 g flour, 405/550
- 20 g anise
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar in a warm water bath until fluffy. Fold in the sifted flour and anise. Pipe 2-3 cm dots onto a baking sheet using a piping bag. Bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
