Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ large bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of pepperoncini, dried
  • ½ garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the olive oil and tomato paste. Add the garlic clove, parsley, and spices. Finally, stir in the finely diced bell pepper. Serve as a spread on bread or as part of a cold appetizer platter. Conforms to the principles of Metabolic Balance.
