Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 900 g potatoes, sliced into 2-3 mm thick slices
- 100 g butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Potato gratin with butter, without cream, milk or broth
Place potato slices slightly overlapping in a baking dish. Cover generously with butter pieces. Bake at 200°C until evenly browned yet tender. Drain excess butter and reserve. Season potatoes with salt and pepper, and serve.
