Buttermilk Slices

- 4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder

- Beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix flour and baking powder and add. Stir in 2 cups of buttermilk. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Mix coconut flakes and sugar and sprinkle on top. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Bring the cream and butter to the boil and pour over the finished cake.
