Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg yolks, boiled
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g coconut oil
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g semolina
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 40 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

with coconut oil and boiled egg yolk, without mixer

Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix with a fork. Break up any small lumps. Melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly. Add the flour, semolina, and baking powder to the dough and continue to mix with a fork. Add the liquid coconut oil and mix the mixture with a tablespoon. Add about 3 tablespoons of milk, just enough so that the dough no longer crumbles. Finally, fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes.
