Antipasti – Grilled Vegetables, Stuffed Peppers and Eggplant (Aurelio Savina)

The perfect antipasti – grilled vegetables, stuffed peppers and eggplant (aurelio savina) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Eggplant fresh
  • 4 Pc. Zucchini
  • 2 kg Mushrooms
  • 4 Pc. Onion
  • 200 g Grated mozzarella
  • 4 Pc. Paprika
  1. Chop the eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and onion into small pieces. Then sauté everything in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Clean and core and halve the peppers. Pour the steamed vegetables into the pepper halves. Then place in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at around 180 degrees for around 20 minutes.
