Tiramisu (Aurelio Savina)

The perfect tiramisu (aurelio savina) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pavesini biscuits (Italian ladyfingers)
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 12 Cup Strong espresso cold
  • Liqueurs
  • Unsweetened cocoa
  1. Make a cream from the mascarpone, egg yolk, sugar and the beaten egg white. Put the pavesini in a baking dish, soak in espresso and liqueur, brush with the cream and place in the refrigerator. Dust with cocoa before serving.
