Tiramisu (Aurelio Savina)

- 400 g Pavesini biscuits (Italian ladyfingers)
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 12 Cup Strong espresso cold
- Liqueurs
- Unsweetened cocoa
- Make a cream from the mascarpone, egg yolk, sugar and the beaten egg white. Put the pavesini in a baking dish, soak in espresso and liqueur, brush with the cream and place in the refrigerator. Dust with cocoa before serving.
