Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pointed cabbage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, good
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 m.-large chili pepper(s), red
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), green

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quarter the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk, and slice into fine strips. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and knead thoroughly with your hands. Finely dice 1 red onion, deseed (or not deseed) the chili pepper, finely chop it, finely slice the bell pepper, and fold everything into the cabbage. Whisk together the red wine vinegar and olive oil and mix well with the salad. Let it marinate for a while. Enjoy! Enjoy!
