Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (cottage cheese)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- 90 g sugar
- 30 g semolina
- 125 ml sour cream
- 30 g chocolate sprinkles

Beat the egg whites until stiff, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy, stir in the lemon, curd, salt, cream, and semolina, fold in the beaten egg whites and chocolate sprinkles, pour the mixture into a well-greased and breadcrumb-dusted small 25 x 15 cm casserole dish, and bake at 160°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce, compote, or apricot compote.
