Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g ham (cut into strips)
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 150 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water. Heat cream and melt cheese in it, add finely chopped basil and tomato pieces, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the ham. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with a green salad or tomato salad.
