Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 2 cans of peaches
- 2 bottles of sparkling wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
to welcome the guests
Drain the peaches. Set aside 6 peach halves. Puree the remaining peaches and refrigerate for one hour. Chill the sparkling wine as well. Half-fill the champagne glasses with the peach mixture and then top up with sparkling wine. Halve the 6 peach halves again and cut a slit so they can be hung from the glass.
