Yogurt-quark cream "Apricot"

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can apricot(s), 425 ml
  • 500 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 point cream stiffener
  • Almond(s), roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

This cream also tastes very good with peaches or mango

Drain the apricots and puree them finely. Combine the vanilla yogurt, quark, vanilla sugar, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the cream stabilizer and folding it into the vanilla quark. Divide half of the cream into 6 glasses. Layer the apricot puree on top. Spread the remaining vanilla quark on top. Chill until ready to serve, then garnish with almonds.
