Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of hazelnuts, almonds or coconut flakes, ground
  • 1 pkt. condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 handful of sultanas
  • 1 puff pastry, rectangular
  • 1 lemon(s), the peel
  • 1 egg(s), beaten

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pastries

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix nuts, condensed milk, and sultanas. Spread lemon zest over the dough, add filling, and roll the puff pastry lengthwise. Halve the pastry roll lengthwise, then cut each piece into 5 pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg. Bake the bacon dumplings in the oven according to the puff pastry instructions.
