Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups of fish (cream herring, 400 g)
- 2 apples, sour (e.g. Boskoop)
- 1 shallot(s), cut into rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
or herring fillets on Boskoop slices
Remove the herring fillets from the sauce, roll them up, and secure them with toothpicks. Then slice the apples horizontally and remove the core in the middle. Place a rolled herring fillet with the sauce on each apple ring and garnish with onion rings.
