Apple and blueberry crumble with chocolate sprinkles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 100 g flour
  • 65 g butter, cold
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

For the chocolate crumble, combine the flour, cold butter, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl and knead into crumbles. Set the crumble aside. Wash, peel, core, and dice the apples. Wash, sort, and pat the blueberries dry. Lightly grease a baking dish. Place the apple pieces and blueberries in the dish and scatter the chocolate crumble over the crumble. Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at approximately 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce.
