Apple and carrot shake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 320 g apples, organic, approx. 3 small
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 175 ml carrot juice
  • 600 ml milk, 1.5%
  • some cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • some rapeseed oil
  • 4 slices of banana
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with banana – for 4 glasses

Wash the apples and dry them. Peel the apples if you like, but it’s not necessary, and press them down from top to bottom with an apple corer. If you don’t have one, quarter them by hand and remove the core. Then chop the slices into small pieces. Place the apple pieces and milk in a blender, add a little cinnamon, and puree. Then add the banana and blend again until creamy. When it’s just right, add the carrot juice, a few drops of oil, and the honey, and blend briefly again. Pour into 4 pretty, slim glasses, place the banana slices on the rim, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Serve immediately.
